Text is available in every preview. Connected voice chats offer optional microphone recording and spoken replies. No camera is required, and you can type instead of recording.
Private workspace records
Saved briefs belong to the signed-in account. Application records are visible to that account and the Rolesona owner. API access is checked on the server.
What this preview collects
Guided demo messages are processed to return the scripted example and are not stored in our application database. Use the example contacts provided. Optional browser speech synthesis may use your device or browser vendor’s voice service.
The application form stores your name, email, business, website, selected role and plan, message, consent, and review status. Saved workspace briefs store the business information you enter. Please do not submit confidential legal, medical, financial, or employee records.
When billing is activated, Stripe hosts the payment form and customer portal. Rolesona stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and processed event IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Rolesona database.
Voice conversations and phone lines
When voice service is connected, your text, approved business brief, and character instructions are sent to the selected reasoning service. Microphone recordings go to the selected transcription service; character replies go to the selected speech service. Rolesona does not store audio in its database. The connected providers may have their own retention policies, which the business must review.
Conversation text is held in a temporary signed-in session. Sessions become inaccessible after 30 minutes and are deleted when you select End conversation. Expired records are removed when another session starts; expiration alone does not promise immediate physical deletion. Closing the page requests cleanup but cannot guarantee delivery. Do not enter confidential information in a demonstration.
Owner API credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser after saving. Phone configurations store a number, language, business-brief reference, gateway identifier, and last acknowledged status. Syncing a line sends the business brief, character prompt, and voice preset to your gateway. The gateway handles carrier calls, message capture and delivery, and its own data retention. Recording and outbound calling are disabled in the configuration sent by this site.
Control of your information
You can edit and delete your own specialist briefs in your workspace. Application records are retained for reviewing your request. A public launch requires finalized retention periods, a verified privacy contact, and customer terms; this owner review release does not assert that those arrangements are complete.
What is connected today
The catalog, guided text previews, application review queue, and specialist brief storage are working features. Stripe Checkout and subscription billing routes are implemented and require payment credentials, catalog setup, and a public signed webhook before activation. The voice conversation routes, persona exports, and phone-gateway connection workflow are implemented. Live speech requires compatible API endpoints and keys; real telephone service requires a carrier-connected gateway and verified numbers. Live video inference, calendar bookings, and CRM actions require separate activation. A scripted preview does not perform those actions.
Before a customer deployment
Approve knowledge and escalation rules, review data-processing terms and retention, connect authorized systems, and test representative conversations. Legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, and other regulated workflows require appropriate professional review. No compliance certification or autonomous professional replacement is claimed.
